We are currently looking for highly experienced Waiters and Bartenders to join the hospitality team at an elite private members’ club in Mayfair, Central London. This is a prestigious environment where exceptional service, professionalism and presentation are essential. We are looking for candidates with excellent experience in high-end hotels, private members’ clubs, fine dining restaurants or luxury hospitality who understand the high standards expected in this type of setting. ### Shift Details Roles: Waiter / Bartender Location: Mayfair, Central London Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + holiday accrual Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00 Break: 14:00–16:00 unpaid break Contract: Temp-to-perm opportunity for successful candidates Working Days: Monday to Friday only ### You will be working as part of the hospitality team within a prestigious private members’ club, providing a high level of service to members and their guests. The successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellent manners, confidence and a professional presence at all times. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver discreet, personalised service are essential. ### Key Responsibilities - Providing attentive and professional service to members and guests - Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serving food and beverages to a high standard - Maintaining excellent knowledge of the menu and drinks selection - Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard for Bartenders - Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented service areas - Working closely with the kitchen and wider hospitality team - Anticipating members’ needs and providing a discreet, personalised service - Following the club’s service standards and procedures - Maintaining a professional appearance and manner throughout the shift ### Requirements - Excellent previous experience in high-end hospitality is essential - Experience within a private members’ club, 5-star hotel, fine dining restaurant or luxury venue is highly desirable - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Impeccable manners and a professional presence - Smart, polished and well-presented appearance - Confident and comfortable working with high-profile and discerning clientele - Good knowledge of food and beverage service - Reliable, punctual and professional - Able to work well as part of a team - Bartenders must have strong cocktail and drinks service experience - Candidates must have their own smart uniform: White & black shirt, black smart trousers and smart black shoes ### Benefits - £14.00 per hour + holiday accrual - Full-time Monday to Friday position - No weekend work - Ongoing regular hours - Opportunity to become permanent for successful candidates - Work within a prestigious private members’ club in Mayfair - Excellent opportunity to gain further high-end hospitality experience - Support from our recruitment team If you are an experienced Waiter or Bartender with a strong background in luxury hospitality and believe you have the professionalism, presence and service standards required for an elite private members’ club, we would love to hear from you.
