## Kitchen Porter Supervisor – Hotel in Wembley We are currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter Supervisor for a busy hotel kitchen in Wembley. This is a full-time, ongoing role for the right candidate, working on a rota basis. You will be responsible for supervising the kitchen porter team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation are maintained at all times. ### Job overview Role: Kitchen Porter Supervisor Location: Wembley Pay rate: £12.60 per hour plus holiday accrual Working Hours: rota based, between Mon-Sun As Kitchen Porter Supervisor, you will work closely with the kitchen management team to keep the back-of-house running smoothly. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with previous kitchen porter experience who is ready to take on more responsibility. ### Key responsibilities - Supervise and support the kitchen porter team during shifts. - Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to hotel and food safety standards - Organise daily tasks and rotas for kitchen porters - Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages - Support chefs and kitchen staff when needed, especially during busy periods - Ensure health and safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times ### Requirements - Previous experience as a kitchen porter is essential - Experience in a supervisory or senior kitchen porter role is preferred - Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and health and safety standards - Ability to lead a team and stay organised under pressure - Flexibility to work a rota, including weekends - Reliable, punctual and able to work full time ### Benefits - £12.60 per hour plus holiday accrual - Full-time hours - Ongoing work with long-term potential - Opportunity to work in a well-established hotel environment Apply Now - Immediate starts available!
