We are currently looking for experienced Chef de Parties to join the catering team within a prestigious private hospital in the Chelsea area of Central London. This is an ongoing opportunity offering daytime shifts and a flexible rota, making it ideal for chefs looking for regular work with a good work-life balance. ### Shift Details Role: Chef de Partie Location: Chelsea, London Pay Rate: £16.50–£18.00 per hour Shifts Available: Various daytime, evening and weekend shifts, Monday to Sunday Working Pattern: Daytime shifts, flexible rota and ongoing work As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of an established kitchen team, preparing and delivering high-quality meals while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards within a professional healthcare environment. ### Key Responsibilities - Preparing and cooking fresh meals to a consistently high standard - Managing your section effectively during service - Following recipes, portion controls and dietary requirements - Supporting chefs and the wider kitchen team with daily preparation and service - Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient working area - Following HACCP, allergen, food safety and hygiene procedures - Supporting the kitchen team with other daily duties when required ### Requirements - Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef - Experience within a hospital, healthcare, care home, hotel or professional kitchen is preferred - Good knowledge of food hygiene, allergens and kitchen safety - Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team - Good communication skills - Ability to work in a structured and professional kitchen environment - Valid DBS Enhanced required ### Benefits - Regular shifts available - Daytime shifts - Flexible rota - Ongoing work - Professional private hospital environment - Opportunity for consistent, long-term work - Support from our recruitment team If you are an experienced Chef de Partie looking for regular work with the flexibility to choose your availability, we would love to hear from you. ### . . .
