We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Call Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our customer service department. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality customer care, maintaining efficiency, and implementing continuous improvements within the department.
### Position Overview:
Role: Call Center Manager
Location: Harlow
Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay: £32,181.00 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent communication and timely deliveries
- Enhance customer satisfaction by investigating and suggesting improvements to procedures
- Ensure major customers receive the highest standard of service
- Manage the entire order receipt and fulfilment process, ensuring customer requirements are effectively communicated and met
- Oversee customer complaints, corrective actions, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Monitor individual performance within the team and implement necessary training or counseling
- Report to the Marketing Manager and Sales Administration on departmental activities and improvements
### Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, including customer delivery performance, order accuracy, and transport costs
- Collect and analyse customer survey data, addressing areas for improvement
- Conduct error analysis and implement corrective solutions
- Monitor and review departmental KPIs to drive performance and efficiency
