We are currently looking for experienced Baristas to join the catering team within a prestigious private hospital in the Chelsea area of Central London. This is an ongoing opportunity offering daytime shifts and a flexible rota, making it ideal for candidates looking for regular work with a good work-life balance. ### Shift Details Role: Barista Location: Chelsea, London Pay Rate: £12.71–£14.00 per hour Shifts Available: Various daytime, evening and weekend shifts, Monday to Sunday Working Pattern: Daytime shifts, flexible rota and ongoing work As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages while providing friendly and professional service to patients, staff and visitors. ### Key Responsibilities - Preparing and serving coffee, tea and other hot and cold beverages - Providing friendly and professional customer service - Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised café or service area - Ensuring beverages are prepared and presented to a high standard - Following food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures - Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas - Replenishing stock and supplies when required - Supporting the wider catering team with daily duties ### Requirements - Previous experience as a Barista, Catering Assistant or similar role - Experience within a hospital, healthcare, care home, hotel, café or similar environment is preferred - Good knowledge of food hygiene and allergen awareness - Barista and coffee-making experience - Reliable, professional and well-presented - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to work well as part of a team - Comfortable working in a structured and professional healthcare environment - Valid DBS Enhanced required ### Benefits - Daytime shifts & flexible rota - Ongoing/ regular shifts available - Professional private hospital environment - Opportunity for consistent, long-term work - Support from our recruitment team If you are an experienced Barista looking for regular daytime work with the flexibility to choose your availability, we would love to hear from you. ### . . .
